Participating TeamsTeams who have been ranked in the top 3 in the U.S. or Ontario for the past two years and who will stay together in 2012/13 will be invited to commit early. The same goes for the #1 ranked teams in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Quebec. Most of the teams listed below have NOT been invited yet. Due to the limited space at each division, we will wait until USA Hockey Nationals have been completed in order to send our invitations. Ontario invitations will be sent shortly as they are almost done with their play offs. List updated Feb 24, 2013
